Beech Landscape Developments

Beech Landscape Developments are a Manchester based commercial and industrial landscaping company, operating across the North West and nationwide with the highest of landscape standards regardless of contract size.

Providing a reliable service, the company has grown to accommodate the increased workload, with a good management structure and skilled craftsmen (SSSTS qualified), and carrying a range of expertise in both hard and soft landscaping elements, we are now in a position to undertake all aspects of any given contract.

We operate our own fleet of vehicles and have developed and expanded our mechanical plant section.

We deem it necessary to back up every individual contract, with all required equipment, to ensure the efficient and satisfactory completion of that contract.

We have developed our "Design and Build" service, which has proved very successful and we believe this will become a natural route for a lot of developers and building contractors, who are required to meet a cost target and comply with planning requirements.

The company has a full CSCS membership status; all staff are qualified and hold the relevant skills card which is accredited to the CITB Construction Skills Requirements.

Our machine operators are holders of the appropriate CPCS Plant Operator Skills Cards.

Our maintenance operatives are qualified to NPTC part 1 and 2 for herbicide spraying and also hold qualifications for safe use of chainsaws.

We are constantly looking to expand the company to provide for the needs of a changing market place, but our aim is to retain the personal relationship we have developed with our clients over the years.
